Rhode Island Bill Seeks to Adjust Regulatory Provisions for Service Contracts

A bill is under review in the Rhode Island legislature that aims to amend the “general regulatory provisions [for] service contracts.”

The bill, S 458, was introduced on February 27 and referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
