The National Windshield Repair Association (NWRA) has elected a new president, Jeff Reddell, owner of Pace Glass in Texarkana, Texas. Reddell succeeds Rich Campfield, founder and president of Ultra Bond Inc. in Grand Junction, Colo., who remains on the NWRA board as immediate past president. The change took effect on July 1.

Reddell has been in the industry for more than 20 years and has been an intense follower of the association since the late 1990s. He joined the NWRA board of directors in January 2013.

As president, he has a number of hopes for the industry.

“I would like to see our industry grow in professionalism through certification, code of ethics, and fair treatment with the insurance companies and third-party administrators (with or without contracts),“ says Reddell.

He also has several goals for the NWRA. “I expect to continue the roll-out of Repair of Laminated Auto Glass Standard™ (ROLAGS™) throughout the industry, insurance companies and the general public,“ says Reddell. “There are a few other programs that we are working on, so stay tuned.“

He adds, “ I hope to interact with our members to hear their concerns and ideas.“

Reddell also is looking forward to working with the rest of the board to achieve these goals.

“We’ve got some great people on the board who are passionate about our industry,“ he says. “I’m excited to have such a great team.“
