The National Windshield Repair Association (NWRA) held a very successful technician training and certification course at Auto Glass Week™ in West Palm Beach, Fla., in early October. The course was led by NWRA board member and past president Jeff Reddell, owner of Pace Glass in Texarkana, Texas, and board member Lenny Hennessy of AGIS in Chandler, Ariz. Sixteen people attended the class and took the certification test.

“We had people from all over the U.S. and the Caribbean Islands, as well as Mexico and Canada, attend the course,” says Reddell.

The course resulted in a number of new NWRA-certified technicians, Reddell says.

“We plan to hold another course next year at Auto Glass Week in San Antonio, Texas,” he adds. “We hope many will take advantage of this valuable training opportunity.”
