NWRA Continues to Publish “Insurance Contact Book”

The National Windshield Repair Association (NWRA) publishes “The Windshield Repair Technician’s Guide to Contacting and Communicating with Insurance Companies” on a quarterly basis. The most recent edition of the guide was sent to members in August, and it will next go out in November.

The guide was designed to make the windshield repair technician’s job easier by providing all insurance contact information in one place. The listings are organized by insurance company as well as by claims administrator.

“We have published this guide for several years and it is an invaluable resource for our members,” says Janeen Mulligan, director of operations for the NWRA. “We hope our members utilize it often and are happy to provide this service to them. Please let us know if you see information that needs updating.”
