Auto Glass Week ™ has been rescheduled. The event will now be held June 7-9, 2021. The city and venue have remained the same, only the dates have changed in an effort to move away from the COVID-19 pandemic. Your registration will automatically be moved to these new dates.
If you made a reservation at the Rosen Plaza or Rosen Centre Hotels through the official room block, it will be cancelled for you and you will receive a cancellation notice from the hotel. If you did not book through the official block, please contact your hotel yourself to cancel. You will need to rebook your hotel room for June by contacting the Rosen Hotels beginning on December 15. The rate is $179 (USD), plus tax and fees.
Since the industry has not been together for quite some time, an online AGW Preview Day will be held on January 12th online. There will be an educational program along with interactive booths with our sponsors. Your registration for AGW also provides you with free registration to this event. All you need to make sure you are signed up is visit www.autoglassweek.com and click on the “AGW Preview Day” button at the top of the home page.
There is no charge for NWRD members to attend the AGW Preview Day.Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe and healthy—that’s the number one priority. These are trying times, but please have confidence that we will get through them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Melissa Thurber at mthurber@glass.com and we look forward to you being part of Auto Glass Week™ 2021!
