Iowa Considers Bill Related to Minimum Transparency for Window Film

A bill is under review in the Iowa legislature that “relat[es] to motor vehicles, including special registration plates and the minimum standard of transparency for window tint, providing fees, providing penalties, and making penalties applicable.”

The bill, S 88, was introduced on January 23 and referred to the Transportation Committee.
